Constituting a Standing Committee for time bound treatment of complaints onsexual harassment of Women at Workplace Railway Board Order dated 03.10.2024

Further to Board's Orders of even number dated 24.09.2015, 24.11.2015, 19.09.2016, 20.03.2017, 30.05.2017, 30.07.2018, 16.09.2019, 10.10.2019, 29.05.2023, 07.06.2023 and 13.07.2023 constituting a Standing Committee for time bound treatment of complaints on sexual harassment of Women at Workplace, Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided to nominate Shri Rajat Agarwal, JAG/IRAS, JD/F(CCA) as Member of the aforesaid

Committee vice Shri Srinivas Malladi, SG/IRSE. 

The revised composition of the Standing Committee is now as under:-

1) Ms. Bandana Sharma, SAG/IRAS, EDF(E), Railway Board -Chairperson 

2) Ms. Pallavi Goswami, SG/IRPS, DE(GC), Railway Board - Member

3) Shri Rajat Agarwal, JAG/IRAS, JD/F(CCA), Railway Board - Member

4) Shri Bharat Bhushan Harit, SG/IRSME, DME(C&IS), Railway Board - Member

5) Ms. Gomathi Sankar, DS/E(O)I/CC, Railway Board  - Member

6) Smt. Chitra Sarkar, NGO Rep, Member, All India Women's  - Member

2. Joint Secretary(M), Railway Board is also nominated for overall monitoring of the subject

pertaining to this Committee and for the cases related to the "Sexual Harassment of Women

at Workplace" within the Railway Board only.

3.The Committee should make an annual report to the Government of the complaints and

action taken by them.

4. The headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi.
